OMD contacted the bathroom workshop with the hope of converting an old unused shower room into a modern, useful and appealing bathroom for its 500 staff. After undertaking an in-depth site survey of the existing plumbing and electrical situation The Bathroom Workshop provided OMD with 3D Rendered designs and a fixed price quote for the works which was subsequently accepted.
The work involved:
Getting rid of the shower enclosure, electric shower, shower base, all the tiles on the floor and on the walls. Building a frame to be able to fit access panels to the pipes behind the bathroom wall.
Applying new plasterboard to two walls and plastering them.
Fitting tiles on the floor and skirting, and then fitting access panels two of them with mirrors on them.
Change the layout of pipes to be able to connect a new toilet, a concealed cistern and a hand basin with hot and cold water and waste.
Fitting a Dyson Airblade Hand Dryer, changing the tiles on the suspended ceiling and decorating the entire room.
The Bathroom Workshop also provided all materials and fittings utilised within this development.
