Mr Pardo undertook a loft conversion at our three-bedroom Victorian terraced house. The project was to create a bedroom and En-suite shower-room, within the planning regulations stipulated for a conservation area. Additional works included re-slating the roof, repairing spalling brickwork to the front facade, external decoration and some minor plumbing works throughout the house.

The project was undertaken within the stipulated timescale and to the fixed priced budget which was agreed at the start of the project. Mr Pardo and his team worked enthusiastically and completed the job in a shorter time scale than others had quoted. This can be attributed to the full days which were worked and the regular and sustained attendance of his team.The team on site were helpful and polite at all times and went out of their way to ensure that my wife and I and our neighbours were inconvenienced as little as possible. In fact, several of our neighbours commented on the professionalism and commitment of the builders, their excellent site safety and the progress of the project. On the very few occasions where there was a problem with the construction, Mr Pardo dealt it promptly and efficiently, often using bespoke solutions to match existing finishes and the odd quirks of an older property.

I would have no hesitancy in recommending Luis Pardo and will definitely be using his services again for my next project.”
