Luis and his team have worked on two projects at our house and we couldn’t be happier with the results.First we had our kitchen renovated and remodelled with extensive structural work involved. Luis works quickly and thoroughly and is a pleasure to have around.He and his team then came back a couple of years later and built our loft conversion.

His prices are very competitive and he gives extra value; he gave much needed advice on how to moderate the design we had commissioned. Without his excellent suggestions we would not have had anything like the space we ended up with; it was a vast improvement on the drawings we had done- with no added cost.

He has a great deal of integrity and is good at communicating what needs to be done.

He is a consummate professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him for whatever work we have. He is also diligent about returning for any snagging work if that needs to be done.

We trust him completely and will always recommend him to anyone we know who is having building work done.
